We carefully pack and dispatch orders from our store in Hastings, Victoria, and aim to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

During busy periods, sales events, public holidays or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Victoria: 1–5 business days
Interstate Metro Areas: 2–7 business days
Regional & Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available from our Hastings store.

If local pickup is selected at checkout, we will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

Large, Fragile or Artwork Items

Some oversized, fragile or original artwork items may require special shipping arrangements.

If additional shipping charges apply, we will contact you prior to dispatch to discuss available options.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. However, we will do our best to assist with any lost or delayed parcels.

If you believe your parcel has been lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help investigate the issue with the carrier.
